tools,
WMA Player -- plays WMA files
WMA to WAV Decoder -- decodes WMA files to WAV files
WAV to WMA Encoder -- encodes WAV files to WMA files
WMA to WAV decoder
How to use:
Add File(s) … -- After you click this button, a
file open dialog will pop out. Then you may choose files to decode.
Files you selected will be listed in the files list. You may select as
many files to decode as you like at one time.
Remove -- Remove those files checked in the file
list.
Remove All -- Remove all the files in the file list.
Decode -- Decode all the files listed in the file
list at one time.
Close -- close the WMA to WAV Decoder window.
Set output folder -- locate the output folder for
placing the decoded WAV files.

How to use:
Add File(s) … -- After you click this button, a
file open dialog will pop out. Then you may choose files to encode.
Files you selected will be listed in the files list. You may select as
many files to encode as you like at one time.
Remove -- Remove those files checked in the file
list.
Remove All -- Remove all the files in the file list.
Encode -- encode all the files listed in the file
list at one time.
Close -- close the WAV to WMA Encoder window.
Bit rate -- set the bit rate of encoding
Sampling rate -- set the sampling frequency of
encoding
Channels -- set the channels of encoding, stereo or
mono.
Set output folder -- locate the output folder for
placing the encoded WMA files.
